One of my cousins died yesterday. The entire family drove into California to see him one last time before they turned off the life support, but he died about an hour before we got to the hospital.
It’s a weird non-event to me because he had been sick for a while and he drank himself to death. I get a lot of flack for being so remorseless, but drugs/alcohol seems like such a pointless thing...
